Our categories are broad and serve Trinidad and Tobago. Every item still needs individual approval. A category name does not override law, transport safety or our bank and payment provider’s restrictions. Only selected, separately approved items may use auctions.

Items we cannot accept

  • Stolen goods, items you do not own or lack authority to sell, and items with falsified ownership or identifying information.
  • Counterfeit goods, pirated content, forged documents, or listings that infringe another person’s intellectual property.
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances or medicines that cannot lawfully be sold and supplied through this marketplace.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials or regulated goods where lawful marketplace sale, transport, storage and payment acceptance have not been established and approved.
  • Recalled, dangerously defective or unsafe items; items presented with concealed safety defects; and products whose sale is unlawful.
  • Payment-card data, bank logins, stolen accounts, identity documents offered for misuse, personal-data lists, scams, money-laundering arrangements and sham listings for moving money.
  • Illegal wildlife trade, protected species, animal cruelty, or an animal listing that cannot meet applicable welfare, ownership, transport and payment requirements.
  • Abusive, exploitative or unlawful sexual content; illegal services; or content promoting violence or unlawful discrimination.
  • Any item specifically prohibited by the applicable payment provider or business-bank agreement for this transaction.

Items needing closer checks

Vehicles, valuable collectibles, pets, industrial equipment, large appliances and other regulated, high-value or difficult-to-transport goods may require proof of ownership, safety information, access details or an appropriate handling arrangement before approval. A listing does not perform a vehicle registration transfer, establish a pedigree or substitute for a required licence or inspection.

We review the actual item and proposed payment route. If a category includes both acceptable and restricted goods, we explain the listing-specific issue. We do not approve an item merely because a card payment can be initiated.

Honest listing and reporting

Show the actual item, disclose faults and accessories, and remove unrelated private information from photos. Do not use misleading photos, price bait, duplicate spam or an auction to manufacture activity. Staff and sellers cannot bid on their own auctions; staff bidding is blocked.

Use Report listing on an item page to tell us what is wrong. Include specific facts and avoid unnecessary personal information. We can reject, pause or remove a listing, restrict an account or hold an affected payment while investigating. We document the reason and resolve actual paid orders through their order and dispute records. Contact support to challenge a decision with relevant evidence.
