When does payment count as confirmed?+

We confirm that the money has arrived before arranging pickup. A payment screenshot alone does not confirm payment. Follow the instructions in your account.

What happens after delivery?+

Confirm receipt in your account. If no issue is reported, acceptance happens 48 hours after verified delivery. Unresolved disputes pause acceptance and seller payment.

When does the seller get paid?+

After order completion, cleared funds and payout checks. Your balance reflects the agreed commission and any refunds or adjustments. Previously accepted listings keep their fee terms.

Do I need an account to browse?+

No. Browse freely, then create one free account to buy or sell. Confirm your email to start selling. Additional verification may be requested for security or certain transactions.
